🛍 Return Policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase, and if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within the established time frame and receive a gift card with no expiration date or time limit to use on your next purchase.

✅ Return Requirements

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners attached.
If the original packaging is not preserved, your return will be denied.

🎁 What Will You Receive When Returning Your Order?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a gift card for the value of your purchase (excluding shipping costs), which you can use on any product in our store.
Important: We do not offer money refunds under any circumstances. Compensation is made exclusively via gift card.

🌍 Returns from Outside the European Union

If the return is shipped from outside the EU, please note the following:

  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes.

  • You must select a shipping method that does not require payment upon delivery by the recipient. The shipment must be prepaid by the sender (DDP – Delivered Duties Paid).

  • If we receive a return with payment due on delivery, the package will be rejected and returned to the customer.
